- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being place are not subject to a cancellation fee.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours, which have not been shipped, will be charged a $19.00 cancellation fee.
- Order cancelled after the order has been processed and shipped will be charged a $19.00 cancellation fee, a 20% restocking fee, cost of shipping.
We understand that on occasion, you may want to return or exchange a purchase. Our return policy allows for returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long you as keep the original receipt that is sent along with your order. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
In most cases, the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
Please follow these steps to complete a return or exchange:
- Contact us at 1-800-489-3145 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the shipping address for returns. Please note that you must include the authorization number with your return. When you call, please be sure to let us know whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.
- Be sure to include all parts to the product in the original packaging that your product was shipped in.
- Ship the product to the shipping address provided.
- Upon inspection of the return, we will issue a credit to the account used for the original purchase less the restocking fee and original shipping fees. An email notification will be sent when the credit has been issued. Credits may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to appear on your statement.

Only online retailer pricing will be considered for our Price Match Guarantee. Wholesalers and in store (non-web based) purchases are excluded. Sale items, clearance or liquidation prices, bonus or promotional offers, free prize giveaways, mail-in rebate offers, wholesale (non-retail) pricing from websites, auction or personal sale websites, special or bulk orders, listing errors on the part of other retailers, and otherwise discounted products are not eligible for the Price Match Guarantee. Competitor’s lower prices must be the regular product list price to be considered for the Price Match Guarantee. All price matches are granted at the sole discretion of My Next Picnic. We reserve the right to limit quantities and all offers by competitors listed as “while supplies last” will be verified. A product must be “in stock” with the competitor in order to qualify for the price match. Duplicate price matching offers are not available on the same product. The terms of the Price Match Guarantee are subject to change without notice and are left to the discretion of My Next Picnic. It’s easy! If you find the same product at a lower price from another authorized retail dealer, simply contact us with the web address of the page where you saw the item, the price that is listed on our competitor’s site, and the date that you saw the lower price. Once we have confirmed the price, the product will then be available at the matched price or a refund will be credited to you. You will be contacted directly regarding the price match in question, so please be sure to list your contact information.
We are so confident in our ability to bring you the best price on picnic products available that we are willing to guarantee our prices. If you find the same item at another online retailer for less, we guarantee to match the price. And should you find the same item for less at another retailer within 30 days of your purchase from My Next Picnic, we will refund the difference.
We ask for basic contact information in order to quickly ship your products, and to get in touch with you should there be an issue with your order. We will never sell or provide this information to any third parties, so trust that your information is safe with us.

We accept credit card payments through PayPal & Google Checkout, which remain two of the Internet’s most trusted and safe online payment methods. You will never be asked to submit your financial information directly to My Next Picnic. Instead, you will submit the information securely through PayPal or Google, and will not have to worry about anyone else seeing your credit card information.
Standard shipping takes between 5 to 10 business days depending on the product and shipping destination. Orders received are sent either by UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Postal Service. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day. At www.mynextpicnic.com we do our best to provide accurate shipping times for our products. The times are estimates only, and are not a guarantee.
At www.mynextpicnic.com we offer Standard Shipping to the 48 continental U. S. on Every Product 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Most items ship within one day (Monday thru Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm EST) unless otherwise noted in item availability field. We will make every effort to process your order timely. If your order is place on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically to cover Standard Ground Delivery to the 48 continental United States. If you wish to have a product shipped outside the continental U.S. please contact us for shipping rates. Please have the product name, product code, and full shipping address ready when you call or email. Your product will not be shipped until the shipping charges have been paid. Customers located outside the contiguous United States are asked to contact us with your shipping address, and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping price quote.
